This contribution is intended for the proper collection, processing, and recycling of discarded appliances. The Recupel contribution is not listed separately with the price of the products and forms an integral part of the total price on the order confirmation. BEBAT Our products are covered by the BEBAT scheme. This means that used batteries can be handed in at a BEBAT collection point for recycling. PICKUP COUNTER & ORDER COUNTER Collecting your order is possible. Geo Systems International has both a pick-up counter and an order counter in Arendonk. As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Your order will be ready for collection after you recieved your sales receipt. The collection and order counters are open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The collection and order counters are closed from Monday to Friday between 12:00 and 13:00. For pick-up orders under €100, we charge a €7.50 order surcharge. Please note: It is not possible to order additional items at the collection counter. REPAIR & COMPLAINTS GUIDELINES WARRANTY 4. Register Warranties & Repairs 4.1. You register a warranty, complaint or repair by filling all the necessary information on the website www.mpi-pumps.com/contact/herstelformulier. 4.2. Complaints that have not been submitted will not be processed. 4.3. Complaints relating to deliveries must be reported within 24 hours after the receipt of the shipment. 4.4. If it shows that the complaint is not covered by warranty or if no defects are found, the costs incurred for return will be charged. 4.5. If you submit a product for repair, an amount of € 45 will be charged for disassembly and inspection costs. This amount will be forfeited if repairs are made. 4.6. Pumps that have been contaminated or affected by substances harmful to health (like bodily fluids, toxic chemicals or any other substances) must be cleaned before being returned. 4.7. Deviating warranties must always be agreed upon with Geo Systems International. 5. Excluded from complaints and warranties 5.1. Items that have not been assembled and used according to the description/manual. 5.2. Items damaged due to misuse or negligent maintenance. 5.3. Consumables. 5.4. Articles on which modifications and/or repairs have been carried out that were not commissioned by Geo Systems International. 5.5. Items that have been opened or modified without permission (note: do not cut the connecting cable). 5.6.
